Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Switzerland & Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We charge shipping costs of €2.90.

International deliveries:

I. SHIPPING WITHIN GERMANY:

We charge shipping costs of €2.90.

II. International & EU Shipping

For shipping outside of Germany, we charge €2.90 in shipping costs.

III. Delivery

Our packages are dispatched within 24 hours.
If an order is placed before 12 PM, it will be dispatched on the same day.

Standard delivery in Germany takes 1-3 days.
Standard delivery in Europe takes 2-5 days.

Delivery times

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of goods will take place within 1-3 days, and international deliveries within 2-5 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made a different agreement with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
